These Terms of Service govern your use of Demand Lab, a demand generation platform operated by Witfy. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Demand Lab is a B2B demand generation platform that helps marketing and sales teams identify high-intent accounts, research contacts, and execute AI-assisted outreach. The platform integrates with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Gmail, and third-party contact data providers.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account, misuse the platform, or use it in violation of applicable laws. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Third-Party Integrations
The platform connects to Google APIs and other third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective provider's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions, data, or policies of third-party services.
5. AI-Generated Content
Demand Lab uses AI models to generate research summaries, outreach angles, and email drafts. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may not always be accurate or complete. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before sending it. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages in violation of applicable anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL), to scrape or harvest data beyond what the platform provides, to attempt to reverse engineer or compromise platform security, or for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
The Demand Lab platform, including its design, code, and AI pipelines, is the intellectual property of Witfy. Your data remains your own. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Witfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
